Sister Julia’s Story

Sister Julia has devoted decades to supporting vulnerable girls and young women facing instability, abandonment, or exploitation. Her work began with small acts of care—providing food, shelter, and emotional support—and evolved into a mission grounded in dignity, faith, and practical assistance.

Many of the young women she helped arrived after trauma or severe socio-economic hardship. Through mentoring, spiritual guidance, and education, Sister Julia watched them rebuild confidence and transform their futures.

Her lifetime of service became the foundation for the WINGS Center.
